Terms and Conditions

RYZE REGULARS DISCOUNT

  1. RYZE Regulars Discount is offered at £10.00 per month with payment being charged to your credit card on a recurring monthly basis from the start date.
  2. The Ryze Regulars discount allows you to get 50% off all Openjump, Kidjump, Club Ryze and ASCEND tickets. There are no time limits on this.
  3. This deal cannot be used in conjunction with any other deal and is only valid against a ticket that is full price.
  4. Your discount will begin on the date of your 1st payment.
  5. No contract, no joining fee! You are free to leave and join at any time.
  6. Each Ryze Regular is unique to the person named on the card and our internal systems. An ID may be required as proof of identity. Ryze Regulars Cards cannot be transferred or used by anyone else.
  7. Ryze Regulars must follow our safety rules. We run a ZERO tolerance to bullying and aggression as we are a fun, happy place to bounce.
  8. Ryze reserves the right to terminate the Ryze Regulars discount if the holder does not follow the safety rules, act in a way that stops other guests from having a great time or take part in any form of antisocial behavior. This includes, but is not limited to swearing, stealing or breaking Ryze property.
  9. Admission is subject to capacity on park. You can pre-book your sessions online using your discount code.
  10. RYZE reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
  11. Payment must be made before entry is permitted.
  12. Please read this alongside our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  13. Ryze Regulars discount bounce time cannot be redeemed during party bookings.
  14. Unless booked online and the safety briefing is watched at home, all Ryze Regulars will need to watch the safety briefing onsite after making a booking at our tills.

FEES AND CHARGES

  1. There is no joining fee or administration fee.
  2. Each payment made is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. If you cancel your payment, access to the parks with the Ryze Regulars discount will cease on your next payment date, your card will not be charged, and the Discount will deactivate.

TERMINATION

  1. You may terminate your Ryze Regulars discount at any time by giving us written notice via email to the park you signed up at.
  2. The Ryze Regulars discount will deactivate on your next payment date following the date when we receive your written confirmation which is made by email.
  3. Please do not assume the cancellation has taken effect until we reply with further correspondence confirming the pending deactivation state of your Ryze Regulars discount.

MISC TERMS

  1. All participants must fill out a Risk Acknowledgment Form which must be renewed annually (Participants under 16 years old require a parent/guardian to fill out their forms).
  2. Occasionally, we may be required to close all or part of a RYZE park for maintenance/private hire or cancel/amend our timetable due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to let you know of such closures or amendments in advance of them occurring. No refund will be issued for these reasons.

Field Trips and Youth Groups

  1. Only applicable Mon-Fri from 11am-9pm (last Session 7pm) during term time.
  2. All bookings subject to availability, please email events@ryze.co.uk or call 07739 383 561 for more information on availability.
  3. Field Trips only available for those aged 5+
  4. Free Room Hire only available AFTER your session, the last session for hire must commence at 6pm latest, 3pm on Sunday’s)
  5. 1 Supervising Adult admitted FREE for every 20 paid guests.
  6. Get Gripper socks with 50% off when you book a Field Trip! RRP £3.00. Your price £1.50!
  7. The balance must be paid 7 days prior to booking.
  8. The deal is only available to Youth Groups and School Groups
  9. *Gripper Socks are required to use our activities.

Please Note: Our Café is open daily from 11am until 7pm* (Mon – Sat, 5pm* close on Sundays)

*Please note: the cafe stops serving hot food 1-hour before closing time

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

PRINCIPAL TERMS

  1. RYZE Monthly Membership is offered at either £29.00 or £49.00 per month with payment being charged to your credit card on a recurring monthly basis from the start date.
  2. Your membership will begin the date of your 1st payment.
  3. No contract, no joining fee! You are free to leave and join at any time with our flexible memberships.
  4. Each Membership is unique to the person named on the card and our internal systems. An ID may be required as proof of identity. Membership Cards cannot be transferred or used by anyone else.
  5. Depending on your membership tier, depends on the benefits you get. Please see your tier package for what you get. Available at ryze.co.uk/membership.
  6. Members must follow our safety rules. We run a ZERO tolerance to bullying and aggression as we are a fun, happy place to bounce.
  7. Ryze reserves the right to terminate memberships or temporarily bar members if they do not follow our safety rules.
  8. Members admission subject to capacity on park. You can pre-book your sessions online using the “Use Membership” button to guarantee your slots.
  9. RYZE reserve the right to amend these T&C’s at any time.
  10. Payment must be made before entry is permitted.

  12. Membership bounce time cannot be redeemed during party bookings.
  13. Party Membership trials are only for one month (non recurring payment) starting from the day of your event. E.g. Party booking for the 10th will allow you to use your membership trial up to 11:59pm on the 9th of the following month.

  1. Your membership will begin the date of your 1st payment and last for 1 Calendar year.
  2. Each Membership is unique to the person named on the card and our internal systems. ID will be required as proof of identity. Membership Cards cannot be transferred or used by anyone else.
  3. Depending on your membership type, depends on the benefits you get. Please see your membership package at ryze.co.uk/membership
  4. Members must follow our safety rules.
  5. Members admission subject to capacity on park. You can pre-book your sessions online using the “Use Membership” button to guarantee your slots.
  6. RYZE reserve the right to amend these T&C’s at anytime

Frequently Asked Party Questions!

While this is possible it is not advisable as any delay in completing can impact on bounce-time. The ideal scenario for a smooth check-in is for a 24 hour Risk Ack to be completed by the hosting parent with all the guests names and dates of birth.

We strongly recommend booking all jumpers in advance. This is easy to do, all you need to do is email and add on additional guests up to the Wednesday before your party on the park on either Jump@ryzeedinburgh.com or Jump@ryzedundee.com

As the park has a limited capacity and can fill up quickly, we recommend this to avoid anyone being left out on your special day, by booking in advance your space is secured.

Your party food is also ordered in advance to feed the amount of bouncers booked so we cannot guarantee there be enough stock levels on the day to feed extra bouncers

Yes, if your party is scheduled from 11am onwards, adults can be on the guest list.

Yes, you can, but our flight crew may well ask to check them to ensure the rubber grips are still functioning.

Yes, you can bring along your own decorations. Helium balloons would need to be already inflated as gas canisters are not permitted on the premises.

Yes, just give the park an email on Jump@ryzeedinburgh.com or Jump@ryzedundee.com so we can add this to your booking notes & make the park aware of any facilities you may need.

Yes, but please only use standard candles as novelty ones can set off our fire alarms.

Yes, that option is available but why not avoid the stress and book a catering option from the onsite café. Details on Cafés can be found on the parks location page.
