Following on from the UK Government announcement, we are temporarily closing our doors today the 20th of March 2020 to assist in the fight against COVID-19.
While we are saddened we won’t get to see you so soon, we know you will agree with us that at this moment in time the nation's health is priority in order for us to beat this virus and come out stronger.
We value you as a loyal guest and will be as accommodating as possible during this dynamic and changing situation. Here is what we have in place to assist you:
Customers: We will be using this down time to work on our guest services and procedures to ensure that once we reopen, we will be back bouncing together better and stronger.
Bookings: If you have missed your booking whilst we are closed, we will issue a voucher with your spend plus 20% to be used any time after we reopen.
Members: We’ve deactivated all membership payments as of today. This means no, billings will be made until we reopen, and you choose to reactivate your membership with us.
In order that we can answer your important questions can we kindly ask you to please wait until we reopen to contact us as whilst we are closed to the public our phones, emails and social media will not be monitored and our current systems don’t have the capacity to store messages.
