Membership T&C's


  1. RYZE Monthly Membership is offered at either £16.50, £22.00 or £44.00 per month with payment being charged to your credit card on a reoccurring monthly basis from the start date.
  2. Your membership will begin the date of your 1st payment.
  3. By signing up to the Monthly Membership you agree to minimum 3 months membership.  After your 3 months membership has passed you can cancel the agreement at any time by giving one months’ written notice.
  4. Each Membership is unique to the person named on the card and our internal systems. An ID may be required as proof of identity. Membership Cards cannot be transferred or used by anyone else.

  7. Members must follow our safety rules.
  8. Members admission subject to availability. If during peak times we are sold out you will get priority entry to the first available slot.
  9. RYZE reserve the right to amend these T&C’s at anytime
  10. Payment must be made before entry is permitted.

  12. Café Discount only available on Purchases over £2.00 in Dundee and Glasgow.

Fees and Charges

  1. There is no joining fee or administration fee.
  2. Each payment made is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
  3. If you cancel your payment access to the parks will cease 28 days after last monthly payment.


  1. You may terminate your membership after the first three months by giving us 28 days written notice via email to the park you signed up at.
  2. The 28 days’ notice will commence from the date we receive your written confirmation which can be made by email.

Misc Terms

  1. All participants must fill out a Risk Acknowledgment Form which must be renewed annually (Participants under 16 years old require a parent/guardian to fill out their forms).
  2. Occasionally, we may require to close all or part of a RYZE park for maintenance/private hire or cancel/amend our timetable due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to let you know of such closures or amendments in advance of them occurring. No refund will be issued for these reasons.
