We advise all of our customers to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. This will allow you enough time to check in. You can speed up this process by checking in and completing your risk assesment forms online.
Before You Bounce
Complete a risk acknowledgement form at our stations.
Check in at the front desk.
Receive a safety briefing from a member of our flight crew.
All participants MUST receive a safety briefing before they are permitted entry (even if you have been before). Our safety briefings begin 15 minutes prior to each scheduled session.
We are not responsible for time lost due to late arrival or lack of signed risk acknowledgement form(s).
Walk-ins are welcome but booking tickets in advance is highly encouraged in order to guarantee a flight time (Especially if you are planning to come during the weekend or holiday periods).
To buy tickets in advance, please book either online by clicking on the ‘Risk Acknowledgement Form / Tickets’ link at the top of this page or in person at the park.
